Schedule

 

Sundays at 5 pm

Mondays at 6 pm

Tuesdays at 4 pm (Goldie class - 30 min sessions) // at 5 pm (Two-Mile class)

Wednesdays at 5 pm

Thursdays at 6 pm

Saturdays at 8 am (Pilates via Zoom)
